Winter Closure 2026 — Terms & Conditions 1. Closure Period Fly Screens In a Box will be closed from 18 June 2026 to 30 July 2026. During this time, no orders will be processed, produced, or dispatched. Normal operations will resume from 30 July 2026. 2. Order Cutoff Orders placed before 17 June 2026 at 11:59 pm AEST will be given the best chance of completion and dispatch prior to closure. We cannot assure completion for orders placed after this time before we leave. If an order placed before the cutoff cannot be completed, we will contact you directly. 3. Orders Placed During Closure Orders can still be placed on flyscreensinabox.com.au during the closure period, however they will not be processed, produced, or shipped until we return on 30 July 2026. By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge and accept this delay. Please carefully evaluate your fly screen needs and urgency before proceeding. 4. Refunds Customers who place an order during the closure period are entitled to a full refund. If you realise after ordering that you need your fly screens sooner than anticipated, we understand — however, as no orders can be actioned during this time, refund requests cannot be processed until we return on 30 July 2026. To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will action it promptly upon return. 5. Discount Code — FLYS15 A discount code of 15% off is available for orders placed during July 2026 as a thank you for your patience. To redeem, sign in to your account and enter FLYS15 at checkout. The code cannot be applied retrospectively, transferred, or combined with any other offer. 6. Customer Enquiries We will endeavour to respond to all enquiries submitted via our Contact Us page, however response times will be significantly delayed from 26 June to 30 July 2026. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. 7.
