Faulty, Damaged or Doesn’t match the listing description

If the items you received don’t match the description in the original listing, or is cut to an incorrect size to what was ordered, or it arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss and organise a full product refund or replacement.

If your product is damaged in transit, we are responsible for the damage and will organise a full replacement of the damaged product.

Change of mind/Incorrect purchases:

Custom made products are custom cut to order. Fly Screens In a Box cannot provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect measurements ordered, incorrect frame or mesh ordered, or incorrect colours ordered after they have been custom cut to size.
