YOU PLACE ORDER
Step 1 – Check Out The DIY Info Centre
Please read through the information at our DIY Info Centre at www.flyscreensinabox.com.au/diy-info before you order to make sure you are confident you will be able to DIY fly screen window. If you have ever put together flat pack furniture then you should find our DIY flyscreens much faster.
Step 2 – Submit Order Online
Once you have measured your window frame as per our instructions and you have chosen a colour you are ready to order online.
WE CUSTOM CUT & SHIP TO YOU
Step 3 – Cut, Pack & Quality Control
Your fly frame, fly screen & spline are custom cut to your specified size. All materials required for your DIY flyscreen will be inspected and double checked to pass quality control before it is packed. After your flat pack has been inspected it will packaged up securely.
Step 4 – Shipping
We ship fly screen in a box materials within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
Delivery time will vary between 4 to 10 days depending on the destination.
YOU ASSEMBLE & INSTALL
Step 5 – Assemble Your Fly Screen
When you have received your flat pack you are ready to assemble your fly screen. Follow assembly instructions at www.flyscreensinabox.com.au/diy-info/make
Step 6 – Install your fly Screen
After you fly screen is complete you can install your fly screen by following instructions at www.flyscreensinabox.com.au/diy-info/install
Shipping
We use a courier service for our shipping. Delivery time will vary between 4 to 10 days depending on the destination.
We ship fly screen in a box materials within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. If for any reason your order will be delayed we will contact you. You will be emailed notification when your order ships with tracking details.
Returns Policy
Faulty, Damaged or Doesn’t match the listing description
If the items you received don’t match the description in the original listing, or is cut to an incorrect size to what was ordered, or it arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss and organise a full product refund or replacement.
If your product is damaged in transit, we are responsible for the damage and will organise a full replacement of the damaged product.
Change of mind/Incorrect purchases:
Custom made products are custom cut to order.Fly Screens In a Box cannot provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect measurements ordered, incorrect frame or mesh ordered, or incorrect colours ordered after they have been custom cut to size.
Warranty
Fly Screens In a Box offer a limited warranty stating that our products (excluding fly screen) will be free from defects in material supplied and workmanship of materials supplied for a period of one year from the date of sale.
Fly Screens In a Box will examine the product (via photograph supplied) and decide whether it’s covered under this warranty. Fly Screens In a Box will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, Fly Screens In a Box will be responsible for the costs of any replacement parts, spare parts and shipping costs. This will not apply in cases where installation work has caused damage to the materials supplied by Fly Screens In a Box. Fly Screens In a Box cannot provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect measurements as our components are custom cut to size.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under our guarantees are in addition to other rights and remedies under law in relation to goods.
Due to their delicate nature and as a DIY product, Fly Screens in a box flyscreen mesh is not covered under additional warranty.
